By confirming a reservation at Bodhisat Nature Cure & Wellness Resort, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by all rules, regulations, terms, and conditions set forth by the resort.

Minimum Stay & Payment:

• • A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. All bookings must be confirmed with a 50% advance payment, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Balance payment is due upon check-in. No refunds or credit notes will be issued for early departures, no-shows, or short stays.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

• • Rescheduling is permitted only twice within 3 months with a minimum 10-day notice. Cancellations or changes within 10 days of arrival will incur significant retention charges (up to 100%). Emergency rescheduling is not allowed.

Admission Policy:

• • Admission is subject to approval based on medical condition, final consultation, age (15-80 years), and weight (under 120 kg unless approved by our Chief Medical Officer). Certain health conditions are not eligible for treatment. All guests must present valid identification and required medical documentation upon arrival.

Prohibited Items & Conduct:

• • The possession or use of alcohol, tobacco, narcotics, or outside food and beverages (except fruits) is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate discharge without refund. Guests must submit to a luggage check and sign a declaration upon arrival.

Health & Safety:

• • Therapies, treatments, and diets are prescribed strictly by our medical team based on clinical evaluations. Self-medication is not allowed. Guests are required to disclose any ongoing medications or health conditions or any allergens at the time of admission.

Campus Conduct:

• • Use of mobile phones and electronic gadgets is restricted to guest rooms. Guests are not permitted to leave the premises without medical approval. We strongly encourage a digital detox during your stay for optimal healing.

Services & Charges:

• • Charges for lab reports, advanced therapies, transportation, CRD (Consultation, Registration & Discharge), and other additional services apply as per the tariff. All prices are subject to applicable government taxes and may change without prior notice.

Liability & Disputes:

• • The management is not responsible for loss of personal valuables. All guests are expected to maintain decorum, follow campus rules, and uphold the sanctity of the healing environment. The management reserves the right to admission and final decision in all matters of dispute.
